Wellness Recovery Action Plan Groups
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a plan you create for yourself to take control of your own wellness. It is a tool to help you manage your symptoms instead of your symptoms managing you. You can learn to create your own plan in a group led by your peers. At VOCAL we train people to lead these groups all across the state. To find out if there is a group in your area, please contact malaina@vocalvirginia.org.
